Stand-up Paddleboarding (SUP)
Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP for short) is one of the most popular watersports in the Florida Keys and the fastest growing watersport in the world. The sport offers a slower pace than kiteboarding, while being able to glide along on top of the water and enjoy the beauty of The Florida Keys scenery and marine life. Paddleboarding is very easy to learn and offers relaxing paddles or great full body workouts depending on your mood. Paddleboard Yoga anyone??!! How about fishing from a paddleboard??!!
